    Hi everyone!

    There’s A LOT going on over the next few weeks so we’ll get right to it…please see below!

    1. The next PTO meeting will be held this coming MONDAY, October 15th at 6 PM in the library. Babysitting will be provided.

    2. The Silver Hill Family Corn Maze night is the next day, TUESDAY, October 16th from 5-8 PM!  Order forms are due this Monday, so if you don’t send them in on Monday, just head on over to Crescent Farms on Tuesday evening and you can pay upon entering!

    3. ALSO on October 16th is our first restaurant night of the year!  So whether you’re heading to the Corn Maze or have made it out of the Corn Maze, head on over to Panera Bread from 4-9 PM and get some dinner and/or breakfast for the next morning!  Please bring the attached flyer with you and Silver Hill will receive 20% back on every purchase!

    4. Okay, we’re just going to put it out there….THE HOLIDAY BAKING SEASON IS APPROACHING!  To make it a little easier for everyone, we have a super quick fundraiser starting next week with lots of deliciousness for all to enjoy who either don’t want to, or don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.  Be looking for order form coming home in backpacks.

    5. Coming in November-GLOW BOWLING at Academy Lanes!  Friday evening, November 9th from 5:30-7:30 PM.  SAVE THE DATE, flyers will be coming home in a couple of weeks.

    Hope to see all of you at the meeting on Monday as well as at Crescent Farms and Panera on Tuesday!  Just who will be the lucky winner of the giant pumpkin….?

    Good afternoon Silver Hill families!

    Hopefully everyone is braving this severe heat okay….we are really looking forward to some Fall weather SOON!
    We have attached a September calendar for upcoming school events, including our first PTO meeting of the year!  It is this coming Monday at 6:00 PM in the library!  Babysitting will be provided in the gym, so please bring your ideas about anything you may (or may not) want to see on our calendar this year!!  We hope to see you there!
    By now all kiddos have come home with their Fall Fundraiser packets from Great American.  If you haven’t already, please check them out and tell your family and friends that this is an awesome way for not only to raise funds for your student’s school…but for their future as well!  Great American gives participants in the program credits toward their college education!  Check it all out here https://gafundraising.com/tuition-rewards/.
    I have also attached the sheet that was included in the packet to shop online.  Any order of $70 or more gets FREE SHIPPING right to your home!  It’s really an awesome program, and is really a win-win for all participants (both student AND buyer!).  And a reminder of what your child and their teacher could get the more your student sells:
    1. Class parties (pizza or ice cream) to the TOP THREE classrooms with the highest combined sales totals.
    2. A new Silver Hill T-Shirt and a Target gift card to the top three students with the highest individual sales totals.
    3. A $100 Great American shopping spree for the teacher with the highest sales total in the classroom.

    If anyone has any questions about the program, or has issues about purchasing, please let us know!

    Lastly, our Boxtops program has been officially launched for this year!  Students who bring in their Boxtops will be entered into a drawing to win a voucher to our school store (opening on September 21st)!  So get them in and entered into our drawing!  Any questions please direct them to Kristina Morowski!
