Good afternoon Jaguar families,

We are glad to announce that Silver Hill will be open for school at the regularly scheduled times tomorrow, 11/17/20. Power was fully restored to the school at 11:30am and the school was also able to have full internet services a short time later.

Taking into consideration the unexpected events that occurred this morning across the city of Haverhill, including the inconsistent access to the internet, online school platforms not operating effectively and a lack of power in some areas, we understand that many of you were impacted by any or all of these events.

Students who were impacted by any of the reasons above and unable to log onto their classrooms remotely today, will be marked excused absent with the reason being a school based shut down.

Please feel free to reach out to your child’s teacher about posted assignments or any potential missing work from today or if you have any general concerns.
