Good afternoon Jaguar families,

This is it, the last email blast for the 2020-21 school year.  

We did it! The toughest school year in the history of school years. We survived remote learning, in-person learning, a pandemic, wearing masks, Google meets, not muting, quarantining, pool testing, and then doing it all over again.  Our Silver Hill students are amazing! They have worked extremely hard all year and as hard as it has been, they have survived.  In many cases, excelled at all the difficult tasks thrown at them. Please take some time over the upcoming weeks to unplug, relax, reflect, read, rest, and recharge for next year. I know I will be… 

As we wrap up the 2020 2021 school year, today we will be opening the parent portal for  parents to check their student’s report cards. If you would like a paper copy of your child’s report card please email the office and we will have it ready for you to pick it up at the end of week. 

Your son or daughter has received an envelope full of end-of-the-year paperwork last Friday. Please take a moment to read over the information. There is paperwork about summer reading list, next year’s wish list, iReady diagnostic information and also a welcome letter from your next year’s grade level staff. 

Thank you for all you do as parents and community members. You are amazing. We are already gearing up for next year and can not wait to hit the ground running.  

Have a great summer and please don’t forget to read to your students 20 min a night.
