Huge thank you to the PTO for all the amazing treats last week! Everyone felt all the love! We truly appreciate the hard work of all the families that provided food, helped out, etc! Special thanks to Amy Nazzaro!!!

Update from Mr. Murphy about the Kids Heart Challenge
As you know, during the month of May, Silver Hill is participating in the American Heart Association’s Kids Heart Challenge. We would like to give a shout out to those students who are participating and have helped us raise $1,952 and nearly 25% of our school goal of $5,000 in week one.
The Kids Heart Challenge focuses on whole body wellness, helping students improve their own health and better their character while raising life-saving donations for the American Heart Association to help kids facing heart-health issues. The Kids Heart Challenge is about keeping kids active and helping those whose hearts may not be as healthy, by raising awareness and funding for the fight against heart disease.
Silver Hill students may still participate in the Kids’ Heart Challenge which will continue to run until the end of May. All cash or check donations will can turned in in a KHC envelope on June 3rd.

That’s one hardworking organ! The average heart beats about 108,000 times per day and about 3 billion heartbeats in a lifetime.
That is why it is so important to be active and heart healthy.
